The Founder Story
Verdaride began with a simple observation: too many cars on the road carry only one person, while neighbours and colleagues often leave for work at the same time, in the same direction. Our founders saw an opportunity to turn those parallel trips into shared ones—cutting costs, emissions, and isolation in a single choice.
What started as conversations about parking stress, unreliable transit connections, and the environmental cost of solo driving became a commitment to build technology that respects real schedules, verifies real people, and makes sharing the ride feel safe and normal.
